Pod koniec lipca Polski Związek Firm Deweloperskich informował, że nowe przepisy ws. ustalania minimalnej mocy przyłączeniowej na potrzeby rozwoju elektromobilności wpłyną na ceny mieszkań. Związek wskazał m.in., że wiązać się to będzie z większymi inwestycjami w niezbędną infrastrukturę energetyczną. Ministerstwo wyjaśnia, że zgodnie z oceną skutków regulacji, wejście w życie rozporządzenia nie wpływa znacząco na ceny mieszkań. Przykładowo w przypadku bloku ze 100 mieszkaniami i 50 punktami ładowania dla elektryków cena jednego mieszkania zwiększy się o niewiele ponad 100 zł – podkreśla resort klimatu i środowiska. |
